• 24-hour call coverage with 30-minute response time call ratio 1 : 3
• 0 - 3 patients per shift with 0 - 5 phone consults
• Weekend call from 3 pm Friday through 8 am Monday
• Inpatient rounding on assigned patients
• General GI procedures required
