Professional Case Management, the leader in home healthcare, is now hiring a Physical Therapist in Colorado to provide in-home healthcare services to help those who have served our country!

Our Physical Therapists conduct in-home visits for our clients. The PT visits are conducted weekly and typically last 1-2 hours per visit.
