What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Provide day-to-day system administration and support for Deltek Costpoint, Time & Expense, and Cognos Reporting systems
- Lead technical efforts for system upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution
- Collaborate with Deltek representatives to implement bug fixes, patches, and software updates
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely resolutions
- Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary system reports and logs
What is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, or equivalent experienceMinimum of 5+ years of experience in business management software and technical supportProficiency in Deltek Costpoint, Time & Expense, and Cognos systemsAvailability for on-call support outside of normal working hoursStrong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skillsHow to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, or TableauAdditional Information
