VISTA Technology Services, Inc. (VISTA) is currently seeking a Program Management Analyst to support our NAVSEA customer. This is a hybrid position reporting onsite three days a week in Washington, DC. Responsibilities :

• Implement and maintain organizational programs in support of client efforts
• Work with key stakeholders to develop integrated master schedules, review contracts, and project cost accounting
• Help with tactical planning using resources such as Microsoft Project
• Interact regularly with senior program managers, SMEs, and stakeholders across multiple programs
• Executing funding
• Attending budget meetings
• Meet with sponsors to determine funding origin and allocation
• Develop briefs on status of programs
• Update budget slides
• Prepare burndown reports, ad-hoc reports, and performance metrics / Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Salary : Salary at VISTA is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $80,000.00 to $130,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of VISTA's total compensation package for employees.
