Buyer Planner

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Buyer Planner to manage purchasing activities and production planning. This role is responsible for ensuring optimal inventory levels, timely procurement of materials, and alignment with production schedules to meet customer demand and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute purchasing plans based on demand forecasts, inventory levels, and production schedules.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to ensure cost-effective and timely delivery of goods.
• Monitor supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, logistics, and finance to ensure alignment of supply chain activities.
• Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, inventory levels, and delivery timelines.
• Analyze market trends and supply chain data to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Resolve issues related to delivery delays, quality discrepancies, and inventory shortages.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in procurement and planning processes.

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $34.00 / hr.
