What You'll Do

As a Collection and Payment Specialist, you will :

🔹 Answer inbound customer calls and assist with payments, invoices, and account inquiries

🔹 Review and release orders on Credit Hold, including rush orders

🔹 Monitor and follow up on past due accounts (60+ days) with appropriate action

🔹 Investigate credit card issues, process chargebacks, and communicate resolutions

🔹 Assist with Lockbox payment processing and resolve discrepancies

🔹 Maintain timely and professional communication with customers via phone and voicemail
