Shifts Available : AM (7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM), PM (3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 AM), and NOC (11 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM) Shifts

Under the guidance of our Director of Nursing, you’ll play a crucial leadership role—caring for residents, supporting CNAs, and helping shape a safe, respectful, and person-centered environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include :

Delivering safe, high-quality nursing care to residents

Administering medications and treatments per orders and protocols

Monitoring resident health and recognizing significant changes

Overseeing CNAs and ensuring proper delegation of duties

Creating and updating care plans with precision and empathy

Documenting resident care clearly and thoroughly

Supporting a positive, respectful environment for staff and residents

Collaborating with the DON / ADON and interdisciplinary team

What We’re Looking For :

Valid LPN license in the State of Illinois

Graduation from an accredited nursing program

Compassionate, professional, and reliable caregivers

Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

Ability to supervise, delegate, and lead a team

Dedication to resident dignity and quality of care

Must meet standard health and background requirements

No abuse convictions

Work Setting :

Intermediate Care Facility / Behavioral Health | Long-Term Care

AM (7 : 00 AM – 3 : 30 PM), PM (3 : 00 PM – 11 : 30 AM), and NOC (11 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM) Shifts

Monday to Friday | Rotating Weekends | Weekend Availability
