About The Position

• MUST have 2 years of strong ICU experience and prefer NICU experience.
• CLINICAL PRESCREEN - IF RECOMMENDED,SEND TO MANAGER FOR APPROVAL TO OFFER, NO 2ND INTERVIEWNO 48 HOUR CONTRACTSRespiratory Therapy35-40 procedures (RVUs) / day / RTRRT required (NOTE : AZ license will not be granted without RRT).Adult Only RT : Requires BLS, RRT, AZ License and min. 2 years' experience & strong ICU experience. Adults and NICU RT : Requires BLS, RRT, NRP, AZ License and min. 2 years exp & strong ICU experience.Preferred Cert : ACLSCerner experience neededUnit Orientation : 2 days on regular floor then validate skillsShifts : 6a-630p, 6p-630a 3 days a weekAssigned certain area per day. No floating to outpatient areas.Lead on duty, every shiftEvery other weekend or 4 weekend shifts per month.Work into holiday rotation. Black scrubsCervo I, Cervo I, Jets, Oscilators. Run all vents, bipap V60 and cpapPharmacy coverage 24 / 7.\"Respond to Clinical Response Team calls with Lead.Responsible for all ABGs. \"Team player, Very high acuity, strong experience, time management, communication skills.\".
