Construction Manager

Reporting directly to the Project Delivery Leader, this individual manages a team of site-based staff and applies CM best practices for managing scope, schedule, cost, and quality during the design and construction stages.

Required :

• Possess a degree in architecture, engineering, business management or construction management (from an accredited college / university) or in lieu of the degree the candidate must have ten (10) years of management experience in the construction management field.

Have experience in developing and maintaining complex, longterm, multi-year project management activities including but not limited to :

Pay Range :

$64.75 / hr. - $68.35 / hr. with up to $3,000 / month living allowance
