Telecom Engineer

A company is looking for a Telecom Engineer I to support and maintain its enterprise voice infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Administer and maintain Avaya Aura systems and associated voice applications

Design and manage outbound engagement campaigns through Proactive Outreach Manager (POM)

Ensure integration between Avaya platforms and third-party applications while maintaining documentation and reporting

Required Qualifications

Associate's degree in information systems, computer science, or equivalent experience

At least 2 years of experience in telecommunications support

Knowledge of VoIP systems, particularly Avaya

Ability to install, configure, and maintain VoIP systems and related hardware

Knowledge of SIP trunking and routing
