Thompson Palm Springs is recruiting an enthusiastic Assistant Banquets Manager to join the hotel's F&B team. Located at the heart of Palm Canyon Drive, the hotel offers 168 bungalow-inspired guest rooms, 8,000 sq ft of event space, outdoor areas, dining concepts, retail space, a fitness center, and a tasting room from HALL Napa Valley.
The Assistant Banquets Manager will focus on Banquets operations and support all food and beverage outlets, including :
Responsibilities include planning, hiring, training, coaching, guest service excellence, and managing special events. The pay range is $66,560 to $78,000, based on experience and education.
Qualifications include supervisory experience in food & beverage or banquet services, strong communication, organization, leadership skills, and a customer-focused attitude. Flexibility to work weekends and holidays is required.
