Description :

We are looking for a reliable Seasonal Stock Associate to help keep our wine store running smoothly during the busy season. You’ll assist with receiving shipments, organizing stockrooms, and keeping shelves full and organized for customers.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist checking in product, matching purchase orders to sales orders and distributing to sales associates for processing.
• Read customer orders and / or shipping orders to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed and / or shipped.
• Move materials and items from receiving or storage areas to shipping or to other designated areas.
• Sort and place product on racks, shelves or in bins according to predetermined locations.
• File work orders or requests for stock items and distribute items to shipping or drivers.
• Ensure storage is accessible and safe for salespeople and other team members.
• Record amounts of product received or distributed via appropriate computer program.
• Assist in counting of physical inventory.
• Prepare parcels for mailing.
• May be assigned facilities maintenance duties as needed.
• Local deliveries, either walking or accompanied by a driver.
• Other related duties as assigned from time to time.
