Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Technical Writer to support a large-scale S / 4HANA implementation project. This individual will be an integral member of the project team, working closely with stakeholders and subject matter experts to develop clear, accurate, and user-friendly documentation. This role is ideal for professionals with strong SAP documentation experience who thrive in collaborative environments and can translate complex business processes into well-structured technical documents.
Role Details
Role Title : SAP Technical Writer
Duration : 12+ Months
Location : Sacramento, California (Onsite)
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with project stakeholders and subject matter experts to understand current business processes.
- Develop detailed business process documentation, manuals, user guides, training materials, and technical specifications.
- Create process flow mappings using tools such as Visio, including key steps, decision points, roles, and inputs / outputs.
- Route documentation for review and approval as needed.
- Ensure documentation aligns with project objectives, system design, and configuration.
- Maintain consistency, accuracy, and quality across all deliverables.
- Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and professional standards.
