WHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT

We’re searching for team members who welcome new challenges and care deeply about people. Every team member across the company plays a role in bringing our Core Values to life every day. In addition to aligning to our values, you’ll be successful here with these skills and qualifications :

  • 3+ years of management experience in a full-service restaurant (front-of-house preferred)
  • Experience overseeing high weekly volume (~$75,000)
  • Catering experience preferred
  • Strong leadership and training skills with a passion for developing future leaders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and ordering systems
  • Ability to stand / walk for 8–10 hours and lift / move up to 50 lbs
  • Flexible schedule availability, including evenings and holidays (one weekend off per month)
  • Excellent communication skills and a confident, enthusiastic presence
  • Proven ability to manage teams, resolve conflicts, and deliver outstanding guest experiences
