Superintendent – Commercial / Industrial Construction

Location : Omaha metro & surrounding Nebraska areas

Role : We are looking for a Superintendent to oversee field operations on commercial / industrial construction projects — especially wastewater plants, pumping stations, industrial process buildings, or large general commercial structures. You will be hands‐on in leading trade crews, enforcing safety and quality, and coordinating subcontractors on site.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee daily field operations : trade manpower, schedule execution, quality control, safety compliance.

Coordinate with PM / Assistant PM on schedule progress, logistic issues, inspections.

Manage subcontractor performance, site logistics, equipment / materials movement.

Enforce safety protocols, jobsite housekeeping, owner / engineer relations.

Qualifications :

7+ years of field construction experience in commercial / industrial setting.

Experience as Superintendent on projects in the $10 M+ range.

Strong leadership, team communication, ability to drive results in the field.
