Business Commercial Attorney

Career Consulting Partners is partnered with a boutique law firm dedicated to providing businesses with a broad range of legal services. We are seeking a  Business Commercial Insurance Litigator to join their team! This position requires strong writing abilities, a background in business bad faith litigation, and experience primarily in civil and business litigation.  This role is ideal for a driven, early-career attorney seeking to grow into a non-equity partnership role, with the potential for equity partnership contingent on business development.

ABOUT THE ROLE :

• Represent business clients in complex commercial insurance disputes and related litigation matters
• Manage cases from pre-litigation through resolution, including depositions, law and motion, trial, and arbitration work
• Draft high-level legal briefs, including motions for summary judgment and appellate documents
• Collaborate closely with senior attorneys and clients, contributing to strategic planning and execution
• Participate in trials and arbitrations (at a minimum, second-chair experience expected)
