We are seeking a Construction Project Manager to join our team! You will oversee project planning, scheduling, estimating, take-offs, budgeting, implementation, and ensure proper billings are generated on each project assigned.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation.
- Allocate resources for assigned projects.
- Supervise onsite personnel and subcontractors.
- Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients.
- Negotiate with contractors to receive reasonable costs.
- Aid in maximizing the company's profitability by ensuring construction is completed on time and within budget.
- Maintain high standards of workmanship adhering to original plans and specifications.
- Train, evaluate, and discipline subordinates according to company policies.
- Ensure project assistants receive proper and ongoing training.
- Create contracts and support information needed to secure work.
- Monitor budgets and operational reports to keep operations within or below budget, making adjustments as needed.
- Review weekly assignments and staffing levels, reporting status to the Director of Construction or President.
- Review work schedules and timecards for accuracy and proper compensation.
Qualifications :
Previous experience in construction management or related fields.Familiarity with construction management software, specifically Procore.Strong leadership qualities.Strong negotiation skills.Deadline and detail-oriented.Note : This job posting is active and currently accepting applications.
