Senior Financial Analyst

Who You Are :

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or MBA highly preferred; 5–7 years of FP&A experience

Strong communication skills and comfortable partnering with business unit leaders

Organized, inquisitive, deadline-driven, and adaptable to changing priorities

Experience with SAP a plus

What You’ll Do :

Conduct forecasting, planning, balance sheet and P&L analysis, and cash flow forecasting

Compare actuals to forecast, identifying and explaining variances

Prepare board-ready presentation decks, highlighting key changes and trends

Handle ad hoc reporting requests and data analysis to support decision-making
