Your Role : You’ll lead and design HVAC, plumbing, and utility piping systems for a variety of industrial, R & D facilities, general office space projects. You’ll be a key technical contributor, not buried in administrative tasks or meetings.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead mechanical system design from concept through construction

Mentor junior staff and review designs

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including electrical, architectural, and structural

Perform local site visits as needed (no overnight travel required)

What You Bring :

Professional Engineer (PE) license in Mechanical Engineering with NCEES

10+ years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and piping design

Extensive experience in chilled water systems, steam specialty gases and compressed air.

Industrial facility design experience preferred but not required

Comfortable leading projects and collaborating with clients

Interest in either hands-on design work or transitioning into an advisor / mentor role over time
