As a Director of Hospital Connected Care Applications, you will lead the development of a product portfolio and roadmap tailored to the hospital segment. This role requires a deep understanding of hospital operations and the ability to leverage existing RFID and sensing technologies to pivot our business toward medical applications. You will partner closely with the President & GM and business line leaders. Your responsibilities include product segment strategy and roadmap development, M&A diligence, integration planning, and post-acquisition cultural leadership onsite for 612 months.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Driving the development and execution of a portfolio strategy for Hospital Connect Care applications, aligning with hospital segment needs and leveraging RFID and other sensing technologies.
- Establishing and evolving a solutions portfolio that supports medical applications in hospital environments.
- Collaborating with executives to create and execute a portfolio roadmap and strategies that drive growth.
- Developing and executing product strategies to meet customer needs and business objectives.
- Conducting market research and analysis to identify customer needs and stay ahead of the competition.
- Monitoring key performance indicators to measure product success and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and create user stories.
- Leading M&A diligence and integration planning for strategic acquisitions.
- Serving as the integration lead post-acquisition onsite for 612 months.

Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%, including extended onsite presence (612 months) post-acquisition, which may involve short-term relocation.Physical Requirements :
Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods during meetings, presentations, and integration activities.Ability to lift and carry materials (up to 25 lbs) occasionally, such as product samples, presentation equipment, or integration documentation.Compensation and Benefits :
The salary for this role will range from $187,604 to $257,956 annually based on full-time employment. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to location, relevant skills, training, experience, education, etc.Certain roles may be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation and / or long-term incentives.
