A company is looking for a Clinical Genomic Scientist specializing in Carrier Screening.

Key Responsibilities

Curation of variants, genes, and gene-disease correlations following ACMG guidelines

Analyzing clinical genomics data and selecting variants for curation / confirmation

Involvement in clinical report drafting, test validation, and presenting findings

Required Qualifications

PhD or MD in clinical medicine, genetics, molecular biology, or equivalent; Master's degree with relevant experience may be considered

2-4 years of experience in clinical genomics or related fields

Thorough understanding of ACMG variant curation guidelines

Knowledge of genomic variation and its correlation with human disease

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
