Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 30 AM

Experience :

• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 12 months of Intensive Care Unit experience.
• Experience with Epic is required from any number of months.

Requirements :

75 miles from facility to be submitted.

Shift & Scheduling : Every other weekend

Preferred Skills / Experience : Teaching Hospital Experience

Required Credentials : Government Issued Photo ID required.

Types of Patients on Unit : With patients that include sepsis, ARDS, renal failure, heart failure, pre-vad workups, alcohol withdrawal, overdose, multi-organ failure, post cardiac arrest / targeted temperature management, respiratory failure / shock, CRRT, EKOS, IABP, ECMO, Impella. Respiratory Failure, Cardiac Arrest, DKA, CIWA, Overdose, Sepsis, ARDS, Kidney Failure.

Equipment Used on Unit : CRRT, IABP, Impella, ECMO

Unit / Facility Details : 16 beds

Previous Employment Requirements : Return staff policy – 1 year

Lab Completion : All health-related requirements and lab work must be completed within 5 calendar days of signing.

7 days maximum time off

2 references from last 2 years (Any reference type) - required for submission
