This dual-role position plays a key part in both managing incoming service leads and overseeing the accounts receivable process. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy contributing to both client satisfaction and financial accuracy, we'd love to hear from you
What You'll Do :
- Coordinate the intake and tracking of service leads
- Support seamless communication between internal teams and customers
- Generate and manage service billing and invoices
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on past-due balances
- Process payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure accurate billing and client follow-up
- Maintain detailed records and prepare reports
