What You'll Do :
- Coordinate the intake and tracking of service leads
- Support seamless communication between internal teams and customers
- Generate and manage service billing and invoices
- Monitor outstanding accounts and follow up on past-due balances
- Process payments, reconcile accounts, and resolve discrepancies
- Collaborate with service staff to ensure accurate billing and client follow-up
- Maintain detailed records and prepare reports
What We're Looking For :
2+ years experience in accounts receivable, admin coordination, or customer serviceStrong communication and multitasking skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficiency with Microsoft Office and accounting / CRM toolsExperience in construction or service industries is a plusWhy Work With Us?
