Responsibilities :
Provides clerical support and acts as the point of central communication for the teamTriages calls, schedules, makes reminder calls, and back-fills appointmentsCollects co-pays, updates financial and demographic informationDevelops, edits, and maintains data / reportsProvides support to supervisorsQualifications :
High School diploma or equivalentDemonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skillsPrefer experience working with adults / children with mental illness, substance use disorders and / or intellectual and developmental disabilities
