To support its growth, Sia Partners is recruiting a Data Architect Manager with strong expertise in Data Architecture, Data Modeling, Data Engineering and great client communications. You will join the global Data & AI capability at Sia Partners, consisting of + Data & AI professionals located across Europe, North America, and Asia. You will be part of the growing US Data & AI team, focusing on various Data assignments in a variety of business domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading Data Projects : Manage the delivery of Data projects, working across several clients in the US.
- Business Development : Collaborate with Sia Partner’s US Data & AI Leads, Business Units teams, and Data & AI centers from other locations to develop proposals for potential opportunities.
- Client Engagement : Identify opportunities to expand Sia Partners' Data & AI offering to existing clients.
- Professional Networking : Build and maintain external professional peer networks to drive new revenue opportunities.
- Marketing and Thought Leadership : Support marketing campaigns, contribute to external positioning across social networks, work on blogs, and develop Sia Partners’ assets, including methodologies and tools.
- Recruitment and Team Development : Lead recruitment initiatives for the Data & AI team, advise on market positioning, and support the operational and career management of Data & AI consultants.
- Coaching and Mentoring : Mentor colleagues in performance and development, facilitate learning, and enhance the team's technical knowledge and consulting skills.
Qualifications
7-10 year of experience in a consulting, financial services, fintech and similar environments.Data & AI Expertise : Proven experience in applying Data Architecture solutions to several business domains., e.g., financial services.Team Leadership : Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams, preferably in a consulting environment.Technical Skills : Expertise in Data Modeling, SQL, Python, cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) and in one or more of the major data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Fabric, BigQuery, RedShift, etc.)Communication : Excellent skills to convey complex technical information in simple terms to various stakeholders.Project Management : Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage projects from conception to completion within tight deadlines.Additional information

Office Workplace Guidelines
Sia is committed to providing a flexible workplace environment that supports client, business, and market needs. Consultants located in our primary market office locations—New York City, Charlotte, Seattle, and San Francisco—are expected to live within a reasonable commuting distance and attend the office at least three days per week.
