What You Will Do

Work company generated purchase and refinance leads

Build and manage a strong pipeline

Advise clients on loan options and mortgage strategy

Submit complete files with support from loan coordinators

Partner with processors and leadership to close loans fast

Deliver a high-trust consultative experience to every client

What We Are Looking For

Active NMLS license

At least one year experience as a loan officer

Strong communicator and closer

Purchase experience preferred

Broker experience a plus but not required

Must be licensed or willing to become licensed in our states

Compensation

Commission based earnings

Uncapped production volume opportunity earned at CTC.
