PRODUCTION MANAGER

Brief Overview : The Landscape Production Manager oversees project progression, convening team meetings, implementing decisions, organizing workshops, and coordinating with project collaborators. In addition to supervising, training, and motivating the work of 2 to 5 installation crews to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency, while supporting and advancing company values and standards.
Production Responsibilities
- Provide timely & accurate status reporting to Operations Manager as assigned & upon request
- Collaborate with Operations Manager to optimize field crews & division profitability
- Ensure all required data is entered in a timely & accurate manner including LMN data
- Actively monitor job hours & project requirements to ensure quality & project requirements are met
- Actively identify & report Property Care conversion opportunities to Property Care Division Manager
- Consistently conduct jobsite reviews for quality & safety
- Proactively communicate with client to ensure satisfaction & strengthen relationship
- Actively resolve any / all client & / or crew issues & update / include Operations Manager as needed
- Create & communicate accurate & timely daily & weekly schedule to Foremen & crews
- Coordinate & integrate subcontractor schedules into project schedules
- Ensure timely & accurate generation & distribution of work orders
- Ensure timely, accurate & daily approval of Crew timesheets
- Maintain standards of cleanliness for jobsite, company equipment & vehicles & crew member uniforms
- Manage loading / unloading of vehicles for beginning & end of workday
- Proactively engage Foremen to review vehicle & / or equipment needs to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure legal & recommended safety protocols are consistently in place for Crew & jobsite
- Ensure any / all incidents are reported same day & Incident Report is completed & submitted
- Train & develop Foremen & Crew to ensure progressive proficiency in Core Skills
- Collaborate with Operations Manager to identify & develop inhouse talent
- Develop & support a culture that enhances strong client & employee relationships
- Ensure clear, consistent & relevant communication to & with the Design Build Foremen
- Complete & conduct employee performance assessments & SMART goal(s) review as directed
- Participate in interviews for new potential Design Build team members as directed
- Participate in all meetings as scheduled & upon request including weekly Production meetings
- Participate in & support snow events including plowing & / or spreading deicing agent (MANDATORY)
Qualifications of the Production Manager
High school diplomaAssociate degree, high school diploma and / or equivalent education and experience in landscape or construction related field preferred.1+ years of industry production / maintenance supervisory experience with high growth $1MM+ companyValid driver's license (lessBilingual in English & Spanish (Preferred)Physical Requirements :

Must have a valid driver's license and approval from underwriting to drive company vehicles.ICPI Certified Concrete Paver Installer certification is preferred.Commercial Pesticide Application license is current.Experience
Minimum of 3 years in landscaping with hardscape experience, including supervising work crews as a foreman or crew leader.Proven working experience in landscape design / build as management, at least 1 year.Work hours
Available to work 50 - 55 hours a week, April through November; start time 6 : 45 AM.Available to work 40 - 50 hours a week, December through March; start time 7 : 45 AM.Snow and Ice Management required and paid an additional hourly earning; must be available 24 / 7 during snow contracted months to coordinate, plow or salt when needed.Job Type : Full-time positions
