Are you ready to lead a team that's shaping the future of smart, sustainable buildings? We're looking for an HVAC Systems Engineering Leader to guide a talented group of Systems Engineers and Designers, oversee hardware and software engineering, network-level commissioning, and drive innovation across major and branch projects.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and schedule engineering teams to deliver high-quality HVAC solutions
  • Develop and implement processes that ensure cost-effective, consistent project execution
  • Serve as the regional expert in HVAC application engineering
  • Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations
  • Provide technical support, cost estimates, and drive continuous improvement
  • Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and architects
  • Hire, mentor, and grow your team through performance coaching and career development

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (preferred)
  • 5+ years of HVAC application engineering experience
  • Proven leadership in supervising technical teams
  • Strong construction industry background
  • Master's degree or PE license is a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    • Salary range : $86,200.00 – $144,000.00 USD annually. Salary will be determined by education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
