As a Delivery Associate, your primary responsibility is to facilitate the delivery of customer vehicles, ensure vehicle readiness prior to the customer appointment, and complete all required documentation. On delivery day, you will walk owners through the key features and functions of their Lucid vehicle. Deliveries are tailored to the owner's needs through questions that support an exceptional customer-centric experience. The Delivery Associate also assists with lease-end vehicle returns, schedules grounding appointments, and ensures all documentation is properly completed and logged.

Responsibilities

Customer Facing

• Manage a pipeline of assigned deliveries through regular communication with Sales Specialist to align on delivery readiness
• Conduct pre-delivery conversations with customers to confirm delivery details and set clear expectations
• Guide customers through the key features and functions of their Lucid vehicle and tailor the experience to their needs, whether at a delivery center, virtually, or an offsite location
• Conduct post-delivery conversations with customers to address any questions after the day of delivery
• Manage a pipeline of lease-end customers to schedule grounding of their vehicle upon lease maturation, scheduling appointments to ensure timely return of vehicles
• Conduct lease-end vehicle intake appointments
• Represent Lucid by articulating our technological, design, and quality advantages to support the customer's purchasing decision
• Utilize Salesforce to document essential details such as inbound / outbound activity, delivery ceremony information, and delivery specifications
• Show commitment to refining and adapting your approach to continuously enhance the customer experience using feedback and outcomes as guideposts

Compensation

Compensation Range : The compensation range for this position is location-specific and reflects factors including knowledge, skill, experience, education, certifications, and other relevant factors.

Additional Compensation and Benefits : Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k. Eligible employees may participate in Lucid's equity program and / or a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules. Cash or equity incentive awards depend on individual and company performance.

Base Pay Range (hourly) : $30 - $34 USD
