Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of 14+ inside sales representatives through coaching and performance reviews
Drive performance metrics, including revenue, close rates, and customer experience
Organize contests and motivational initiatives to maintain team engagement and competitiveness
Required Qualifications
3+ years of sales leadership experience, preferably in inside sales, call center, or home services
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals
Strong coaching skills with the ability to provide actionable feedback
Tech-savvy, with experience in CRM, Power BI, and phone systems
