Seeking a Cicil Litigation Legal Secretary with a minimum of 5 years' experience.

• Prepare and finalize pleadings and discovery
• E-File pleadings (State and Federal)
• Assist in trial preparation
• Prepare and finalize correspondence and depo notices
• Calendar Hearings, submissions, mediations, deadlines, depositions
• Maintain electronic files
• Travel arrangements for attorneys (as requested)
• Prepare expense reimbursement (as requested)
• Review and approve invoices
• Dictation (as requested)
• High attention to detail
• Scan, copy, mail, fax documents
• Cover receptionist as needed
• Adobe
• Microsoft (Word, Outlook, Excel)
• Dropbox
