Job Summary :

Under direction of the Loan Operations Manager, the Loan Servicing Associate is responsible for processing payments, advances and boarding new loans, renewals and extensions. The Loan Servicing Associate must follow up on insurance documentation such as real estate, general liability, and any other insurance that pertains to loans in the portfolio along with clearing of all post closing items. In addition, they are responsible for all inquiries in relation to the loan statements, billing, payoff requests, collateral release, etc.

Duties & Responsibilities :

• Working with borrower and lenders on any servicing requests or issues
• Answering incoming phone calls to department rounder
• Apply borrower and lender payments in our servicing software
• Send wires to borrowers for approved Draws
• Prepare Payment History and Statement of Accounts
• Draw up payoffs; Communicate payoff with lender and borrower
• Take Payments / Print online payments / online CC payment put fee in TMO / send borrower emailed receipt
• Tax and insurance tracking management
• Scanning and saving files to our servicing software
• Backup for onboarding loans
• Other servicing duties as assigned
• Bookkeeping for He’s the Solution
• Other accounting, servicing, and company administrative duties as assigned
