HUB Operations Supervisor (3rd Shift)

Central Transport LLC is one of the nation’s most reliable and technologically advanced LTL (Less-than-Truckload) carriers to date. For example, we have recently implemented 25 next-day hubs in our network to provide immediate, essential services for our customers overnight. We also hold the industry’s most modern fleet with our tractors & trailers having an average age of 2.5 years old. Earlier this year, our business levels have reached the highest they’ve ever been; breaking our personal record that had been set the previous year. Shift : 9 : 00pm - 7 : 00am, Tuesday-Saturday (HUB Shift)

Salary : $70,000-$85,000

Ideal Candidate Requirements :

• Experience in a transportation, cross docking, or shipping and receiving environment (preferably within the LTL industry)
• Strong leadership qualities
• Desire to surround customer with excellence in service
• High aptitude for technology
• The ability to multi-task while being detail oriented
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• An Associates or Bachelor’s Degree, preferred but not required
