10-4 Logistics USA is seeking qualified CDL-A truck drivers to support regional over‑the‑road (OTR) operations in the East Region. This position involves operating dry van, no‑touch freight with a high percentage of drop‑and‑hook loads while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Compensation & schedule
- Training pay : $650 during a four‑week in‑truck training period with a trainer.
- Base pay after training : $0.55 to $0.65 per mile (experience‑based).
- Performance bonus : $0.04 to $0.06 per mile, paid monthly.
- Typical home time : Biweekly.
- Estimated annual compensation : $70,000 to $90,000 (USD).

Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.Complete assigned regional OTR routes to meet schedules and delivery instructions for dry van, no‑touch freight with frequent drop‑and‑hook operations.Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections; report defects and maintenance needs promptly.Maintain accurate hours‑of‑service records and electronic logs (ELD).Ensure proper cargo handling and securement where applicable.Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers.Adhere to fuel management, routing, and on‑road safety protocols.Minimum qualifications
Valid Class A CDL (CDL‑A) .At least 120 hours of truck driving school instruction completed within the last 24 months; prior OTR experience is not required.Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening.Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.Equal employment opportunity
