10-4 Logistics USA is seeking qualified CDL-A truck drivers to support regional over‑the‑road (OTR) operations in the East Region. This position involves operating dry van, no‑touch freight with a high percentage of drop‑and‑hook loads while maintaining compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

Compensation & schedule

  • Training pay : $650 during a four‑week in‑truck training period with a trainer.
  • Base pay after training : $0.55 to $0.65 per mile (experience‑based).
  • Performance bonus : $0.04 to $0.06 per mile, paid monthly.
  • Typical home time : Biweekly.
  • Estimated annual compensation : $70,000 to $90,000 (USD).

Equipment & benefits

  • Equipment : Late‑model, automatic Freightliner Cascadia tractors, fully equipped.

    • Primary responsibilities

  • Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in accordance with DOT regulations and company policies.
  • Complete assigned regional OTR routes to meet schedules and delivery instructions for dry van, no‑touch freight with frequent drop‑and‑hook operations.
  • Perform pre‑trip, en‑route, and post‑trip inspections; report defects and maintenance needs promptly.
  • Maintain accurate hours‑of‑service records and electronic logs (ELD).
  • Ensure proper cargo handling and securement where applicable.
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and customers.
  • Adhere to fuel management, routing, and on‑road safety protocols.

    • Minimum qualifications

  • Valid Class A CDL (CDL‑A) .
  • At least 120 hours of truck driving school instruction completed within the last 24 months; prior OTR experience is not required.
  • Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening.
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication.
