The Senior HVAC Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the optimal performance, safety, and efficiency of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across a variety of commercial and residential settings. This position requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, including installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair, to deliver reliable climate control solutions. The Senior HVAC Technician will lead complex projects, mentor junior employees, and collaborate with clients and team members to meet and exceed service expectations. Minimum Qualifications :

• High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited HVAC technical training program.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Valid HVAC technician certification or license as required by local or state regulations.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical components, refrigeration cycles, and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and manufacturer manuals.
• Supervisory skills.
