Ideal candidates will come from an upscale restaurant background and will have a strong foundational knowledge in food and beverage. We are looking for a candidate who is an excellent communicator and has a progressive management style.
This position is based in Guymon, OK.
Assistant General Manager Qualifications :
- 2+ years of experience in restaurant leadership for a full-service, upscale concept
- Experience with banquets and catering a huge plus
- Strong knowledge of food and beverage
- Strong desire to contribute and grow with a dynamic concept
- Progressive, people first management style
