Are you passionate about youth development, social impact, and creating meaningful change? As a Youth Empowerment & Strategic Innovations Intern with The Allstate Foundation, you'll help bring bold ideas to life-supporting programs that inspire young changemakers and exploring innovative approaches to philanthropy.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives, collaborate with nonprofit partners, and contribute to strategic planning that shapes the future of youth empowerment and social innovation.

This position is fully remote with the expectation of some in office days and travel.

What You'll Do

Youth Empowerment

• Support planning and execution of youth-focused events like the National Youth Service Summit .
• Help develop and distribute resources that educate and inspire youth to make a difference in their communities.
• Engage with nonprofit partners and youth leaders to provide ongoing support and resources.
• Assist with logistics for initiatives such as Mobile Youth Service Hubs and College Service Grants .
• Track and report on the impact of youth empowerment programs and grants.
