What You'll Do
Provide high-quality care to adults with complex medical needs.
Float between Kenmore, Kirkland, and Snohomish Adult Family Homes as assigned.
Be available to cover overtime or sick calls when needed (outside of your two protected days off).
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and clinical supervisors to ensure the best care possible.
What You Need to Get Started
Active Washington State LPN (unrestricted).
Current CPR / BLS certification .
Flexibility to work across multiple locations and cover day shifts as needed.
A passion for providing exceptional, patient-focused care .
