STATUS : PART-TIME (NON-EXEMPT)

POSITION SUMMARY :

The Operations Team Member will be responsible for a variety of duties dependent upon the need for the day, while providing participants, members and / or guests an excellent experience in every aspect.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING :

• Ensure equipment for events is readily available and safe to use
• Properly set up and breakdown for all events
• Help stock and inventory equipment and supplies
• Be knowledgeable of scoreboard operations and retractable athletic equipment
• Monitor all events in and around the facility
• Maintain and control trash in all areas of the facility including indoor and outdoor
• Consistently communicate issues and relevant updates to your supervisor and team members
• Respond to all incidents, accidents, injuries, and altercations. Complete and file corresponding paperwork as necessary
• Provide courteous and friendly first-in-class service to all guests
• Be knowledgeable about the facility (practices, events, meeting dates / times)
• Know and enforce the venue policies and procedures
• Complete special projects, daily assignments, and other duties as assigned
