Ideal candidate should have 5 plus years of successful experience with Project Management of commercial and industrial HVAC projects .

We are a union mechanical contractor with both local 597 pipefitters and local 73 sheet metal workers. 90% of our projects are replacement or new installations that are completed for our service customer base and the balance being for small general contractors. Our projects range from $5K-$1M with the majority being in the $50-500K range.

Your responsibilities will include :

1. Scheduling of field crews to maximize efficiency.

2. Maintaining a culture of safety and customer service.

3. Developing and maintaining strong communication lines between the office, the field and the customer.

4. Attending job site meetings as necessary and scheduling regular job site visits to ensure we are working efficiently and in accordance with the job scope.

5. Estimate, generate and track change orders.

5. Attend weekly WIP meetings and assist with forecasting and managing project costs.

6. Participate in job closeouts and post-mortems on selected projects.

The company president has over 40 years of successful design, sales and leadership experience and he is focused on assembling a team of highly engaged HVAC professionals who will build on our 110 year reputation of quality, excellence and customer service.
