About The Role

As an Assistant, Production, you will have the unique opportunity to apply your experience in hands-on apparel production, working closely with the team and cross-functional partners on impactful day-to-day responsibilities. You'll have the chance to immerse yourself in sample management, factory communication, and reporting, contributing to our team's success while developing your skills in production. Responsibilities include :

• Partner with the Production Manager in weekly touch bases to review assignments and progress.
• Maintain key production tools, including the WIP, Costing Chart, Photoshoot Sample Chart, and Own Doc.
• Create and update Item Matrix Attributes, Purchase Orders, and Item Receipts in NetSuite.
• Assign GTIN SKUs in GS1 and upload UPC codes to NetSuite.
• Review TOP samples for accuracy of UPC stickers and care label information.
• Track and coordinate sample statuses with vendors and the Tech Designer.
• Communicate and follow up with factories and cross-functional partners to ensure smooth production processes.
• Organize and manage shared drive files (POs, Costing, Care Labels, etc.).
• Handle inbound and outbound sample and material shipments.
• Schedule and organize weekly fittings and fit photos.
• Maintain line sheets and support preparation for presentations and reviews.
• Keep the design room organized, including materials like fabric cards, trims, and notions.
