We're seeking a seasoned Senior Director to lead cost analysis, investment evaluation, and economic analysis for high-visibility Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) programs, including the BNATCS program. This executive-level leader will shape strategic investment decisions, ensure analytical excellence, and guide a high-performing team of cost analysts.

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead the development and review of life cycle cost estimates (LCCEs), business case analyses, and investment evaluations for major FAA programs.
• Provide strategic guidance on acquisition decisions, budget planning, and resource allocation.
• Oversee use of advanced cost estimating and risk analysis tools such as Crystal Ball, ACEIT, SEER-SEM, and @RISK.
• Communicate complex findings to senior FAA executives and program stakeholders.
• Mentor, develop, and lead a team of cost analysis professionals.
