General Warehouse Associate

We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals to join our team at the Dollar Tree Distribution Center in Marengo, Ohio. As a General Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role.

Schedule and Shifts

Shift 2-Monday-Friday 3 : 00 pm 11 : 00 pm. ($17.50 hr. base pay + $1.00 / hr. shift Premium totaling $18.50 / hr.)

Shift 3-Sunday-Thursday 11 : 00 pm-7 : 00 am ($17.50 hr. base pay + $1.50 / Hr shift Premium totaling $19.00 / hr.)

What You'll Do

Receiving Department

  • Unload trailers, check in product, and palletize merchandise all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
  • Meet production goals

Shipping Department

  • Load trailers efficiently by stacking boxes from the conveyor line into trailers all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
  • Meet production goals.

    • Order Selection Department

  • Use a voice-pick headset system to select boxes
  • Place labels on boxes and move them to the conveyor belt
  • Meet production goals per minute, hour, and day, all while keeping our warehouse clean and safe.

    • What You Bring

  • No certifications required just a strong work ethic.
  • Safety Mindset 100% Commitment.
  • Ability to lift 5070 lbs. Lift up to 500 boxes or more per hour.
  • Previous warehouse experience, preferred, not required.
  • Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift for 812 hours per shift.
  • Reliable attendance and transportation.
  • Dependability and team spirit.
