Salary : $73,320-$91,624 annually DOE

$5000 Sign-On Bonus (1 / 2 at 6 months & 1 / 2 at 1 year)

Your seat at the table

• Develops an understanding of water train from entry into plant through final disposal to Municipal treatment system.
• Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to maximize water use efficiency.
• Oversee the operation and maintenance of pretreatment plant systems and equipment.
• Oversee the plant utilities (Boilers, Compressed air & the Nitrogen systems)
• Coordinate sludge hauling, chemical / supplies purchases and maintenance activities.
• Direct the scheduling, training and daily operations of Water Resources team
• Ensure effective testing of wastewater and accurate recording of results.
• Manage data for treatment systems including water consumption, treatment efficiencies, sludge production, and chemical usage.
• Maintains relationships with vendors, suppliers and regulatory agencies including chemical suppliers, sludge haulers / users, municipal officials.
• Develops strategies to improve treatment processes and equipment to economically meet effluent requirements as defined in discharge permit.
