Schell Brothers is looking for an Architectural CAD Designer to join our growing team in the residential construction industry. This full-time position includes the following responsibilities :
Responsibilities
- Managing multiple tasks efficiently and on time
- Collaborating with team members on design options
- Coordinating with Architects, Civil Engineers, Structural Engineers, and MEP Consultants
- Preparing architectural designs
- Developing construction drawings
- Coordinating documentation for approvals and permitting
Requirements
Residential and / or commercial design experienceProficiency in AutoCAD and RevitAbility to create interior and exterior renderings for marketing and presentationsKnowledge of building codesExperience developing floor plans, elevations, sections, and detailsStrong ability to work in a team environmentDetail-oriented, organized, and adept at problem-solvingPositive, caring attitudeOutgoing and professional demeanorExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and attention to detailCollaborative spirit with fellow team membersStrong work ethic : reliable, punctual, and honestAbility to prioritize tasks effectivelyAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentEducation and Experience
