APG is seeking full-time and part-time Customer Care Associates to provide superior service and an overall positive customer experience for subscribers of The Greenville Daily Reflector , The Rocky Mount Telegram , The Elizabeth City Daily Advance , and more. APG offers a competitive hourly wage, plus bonus, for local candidates working on-site.

There are three company-sponsored benefits : short-term disability, long-term disability, term life insurance policy. The company pays for six major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day). In addition, employees accrue 3.33 hours of paid leave per pay period in the first year of employment (80 hours) and increases to 5.0 hours per pay period (120 hours) upon the one-year anniversary date of employment. The company has the option to make a discretionary match to 401K retirement plans after year end.
