The Assistant Manager must be able to direct, coordinate, implement & manage the planning, organizing, training and leadership necessary to achieve identified objectives / goals for sales, cost controls, employee hiring / training / retention, Guest service / satisfaction, product quality, and cleanliness / sanitation. This position is responsible for ensuring adherence & compliance for all standards of operating a CSC location.

Qualifications include :
Availability : Open availability for full time position (45 hours per week)Must be able to adhere to all brand standards and maintain standards with team membersTeam leadership and training : Supervise, train, and motivate team members to deliver memory lasting service and foodOperate and maintain speed and service operationsHave an encouraging and uplifting attitude at all timesAssist the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, including opening / closing procedures, inventory management, and schedulingMonitor food quality, portion control, and presentation to ensure compliance with brand standardManage cash drawersEnforce and oversee all policies and standardsSupport local marketing efforts such as catering orders or community eventsMust have at least 1 year of restaurant management experienceBasic math and financial skills for cash handling and reportingReliable transportation including valid driver's license and vehicleComfortable leveraging Outlook calendar to keep track of schedules
