Arbor Care Specialists (ACS) is seeking experienced Tree Care professionals to join our growing team! Located in Wilton, CT and servicing properties across Fairfield and Westchester counties, you will work on high-end residential properties putting your arbor knowledge to good use in keeping our clients' properties looking great!

We are interviewing for the following positions :

Arborist Crew Leader - We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Arbor Care Crew Leader to manage and lead our tree care team in the field. As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising the daily operations of tree care activities, ensuring the safety of your crew, the quality of services provided, and customer satisfaction. You should have at least 5 years experience as a Crew Leader, CDL, and experience as a bucket operator and climber.

Responsibilities :

• Lead, motivate, and supervise a crew of tree care professionals, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
• Assign and prioritize daily tasks based on project requirements and crew capabilities.
• Provide on-the-job training and mentorship to crew members, ensuring they adhere to industry standards and safety protocols.
• Direct the cleanup of job sites and ensure all equipment and supplier are secured on the trucks and debris is removed from site.
• Maintain accurate daily logs of job activities, crew hours, and materials used.
• Demonstrate and perform proper climbing techniques and procedures, pruning skills, rigging techniques.
