Clinical Laboratory Specialist

A company is looking for a Clinical Laboratory Specialist to provide technical support for clinical and manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct patient molecular / serologic and manufacturing testing of samples, summarizing data for review and reporting

Participate in method validations and monitor daily, weekly, and monthly quality control of equipment and systems

Perform accessioning of clinical samples in the Laboratory Information System (LIS) and maintain proper PPE handling

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a life science or a clinical lab-related field

ASCP certification or 16 semester hours of graduate-level coursework in relevant sciences if the degree is not in a clinical lab-related field

Open to recent graduates

Experience with molecular or serologic testing of samples is a plus

Experience with clinical lab testing is a plus
