What You Can Expect

Handles complex inventory tasks, resolves high-level discrepancies, and mentors junior team members. Maintain inventory accuracy and supports improvements to inventory processes.

How You'll Create Impact

• Leads investigations into complex inventory discrepancies and recommends corrective actions.
• Resolves escalated inventory disputes and ensures timely communication of outcomes.
• Reviews detailed inventory reports and identifies trends or recurring issues.
• Coordinates large-scale returns or transfers of inventory as needed.
• Monitors system data to ensure accuracy and integrity across all transactions.
• Supports inventory audits and compliance with regulatory standards.
• Provides guidance and training to entry and intermediate coordinators.
• Contributes to improvements in inventory control workflows and reporting.
• Performs as warehouse driver occasionally; will be cross-trained in multiple areas of warehouse operations.
