What You Can Expect
Handles complex inventory tasks, resolves high-level discrepancies, and mentors junior team members. Maintain inventory accuracy and supports improvements to inventory processes.
How You'll Create Impact
- Leads investigations into complex inventory discrepancies and recommends corrective actions.
- Resolves escalated inventory disputes and ensures timely communication of outcomes.
- Reviews detailed inventory reports and identifies trends or recurring issues.
- Coordinates large-scale returns or transfers of inventory as needed.
- Monitors system data to ensure accuracy and integrity across all transactions.
- Supports inventory audits and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provides guidance and training to entry and intermediate coordinators.
- Contributes to improvements in inventory control workflows and reporting.
- Performs as warehouse driver occasionally; will be cross-trained in multiple areas of warehouse operations.
